Each talent on the platform is carefully assessed by TalentAlly accredited experts through a video interview with skill ratings & expertise. This IT consultants’ virtual bench is made available for TalentAlly clients as resource pool for tasks. It is an alternative to hiring industry & providing task-based talent bench for short term contractual hiring.

This collaborative tool brings dexterity to hiring by organizations as they can collaborate with candidates directly using tools of communication & content to fulfil the job requirements.

ORP being the base product, IOanyT developed an additional page, of TalentAlly ’s Virtual bench of talent, to be exposed to clients for short-term projects. Clients can choose and communicate with talent basis the availability & skill sets via the Talent Marketplace. Accredited experts use features of ORP to rate every IT consultant’s basis their skills, availability & pricing for listing on the marketplace. TalentAlly takes the share of platform fees from both (client & candidate) to conduct business using their marketplace platform.

This has made hiring process very easy as ready to use candidates are available for short gigs at low costs saving the organizations time and money.

This marketplace is a collaborative platform providing digital dexterity, deployed over AWS Serverless architecture so that it can handle scalability and robustness automatically.
